In this sketch exercise, various potential options to convert former agricultural buildings in Wiltshire to residential use are being explored under ‘Class Q Agricultural buildings to dwellinghouses’ development rights. This legislation allows for the conversion of up to 865sqm, which in this case will provide a mix of five dwellings.

These designs maximise use of the existing steel portal barns and outbuildings whilst introducing welcoming living spaces, views and new access around the site. Project is ongoing.
